This class focuses on refining your technique and expanding your understanding of Latin dance through:

• Body movement drills that build fluidity and control

• Musicality training to help you interpret rhythms with confidence

• Partner connection techniques for smoother, more expressive dancing

• Exploration of multiple Latin styles — Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, and more

• A deeper look at how music and movement work together across genres

Expect fun, challenging, and thoughtfully designed exercises that help you unlock your unique style.

Who This Class Is For

This program is recommended for experienced dancers, but all motivated students are welcome to join.

To experience the full transformation this class offers, we encourage dancers to train with us for the full year.
