Rueda de Casino - Wednesdays 7:30pm - September 3rd - September 24

Join this fun class!!
Rueda de Casino is a style of salsa dancing that was created in Cuba many years ago. It is a dance for two or more couples in which dancers pair up and form a circle, dance moves are called out by a designated caller (“líder” or “cantante” in Spanish).
Many moves have hand signs to complement the calls; these are useful in noisy venues, where spoken calls might not be easily heard. Dancers move around and many moves require the swapping of partners.  This kind of dancing is excellent for bringing everyone together and having fun!

Please note: This class is intended for those who already have a good understanding of Salsa timing, lead and follow techniques and music structure.
